Elo Lutsepp

Elo Lutsepp is the board member of ICOMOS Estonia and a member of ICOMOS Scientific Committtee of Vernacular architecture. She is a senior project manager of the Centre of Rural Architecture at the Estonian Open Air Museum. She has master’s degree from Tartu University (history; art history) and from Estonian Academy of Arts (science of art). Her special expertise is the rural farm architecture from the periood 1920-40 (the architecture of new settlements established by state). She has been co-organiser of numbers of events (campaigns, seminars and practical trainings for specialists and houseowners of heritage homes) and has coordinated the network of heritage construction consultants. She is currently working on problems of energy efficiency in historicaly valuable rural houses in two projects supported by LIFE Programme – LIFE IP BuildEST and HeritageHOME. Elo Lutsepp has written articles and presented her research results at national and international scientific conferences.
