Heritage Dialogues of the High North – joining forces of culture for climate action

Heritage Dialogues is a collaborative initiative led by NGO Heritage Dialogues and involving several cooperation partners, communities, organisations, networks and institutions from Norway, Estonia, and other Nordic countries. Heritage Dialogues holds a series of international and interdisciplinary creative workshops dedicated to the resilience and beauty of the heritage of coastal landscapes and villages in Norway, Estonia, and North Europe. The initiative includes subprogrammes on architecture and heritage conservation, music and arts, local livelihoods and traditions. The cooperation networks started in 2022 and are continuing in the years 2025 and 2026.

Heritage Dialogues ønsker alle hjertelig velkommen til Heritage Dialogues Festivaluke 28.07 - 4.08.2024 i og omkring Bodø, Europeisk kulturhovedstad i 2024. Heritage Dialogues er en serie internasjonale og tverrfaglige kreative workshoper viet til motstandskraften og skjønnheten til kystkulturen, kystlandskap og lokalsamfunn i Norge, Estland og Nord-Europa. I løpet av denne festivaluken er det internasjonale workshoper om kulturarv, samt åpne festivaldager med seminarer, utstillinger, rundebordsamtaler, vandringer og konserter. Heritage Dialogues omfatter delprogrammer om arkitektur og kulturarv, musikk og kunst, lokale leveveier og tradisjoner.

Heritage Dialogues warmly welcomes everybody to the Heritage Dialogues Festival week 28.07 - 4.08.2024 in coastal villages around Bodø, the cultural capital of Europe 2024. Heritage Dialogues is a series of international and interdisciplinary creative workshops dedicated to the resilience and beauty of the heritage of coastal landscapes and villages of Norway, Estonia and North Europe. The programme features subprogrammes on architecture and heritage conservation, music and arts, and local livelihoods and traditions. The language of the event is predominantly English.
